Blue Sage Mental Health is owned by a Nurse Practitioner who is also the sole provider. She has years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient mental health arenas. Her primary goal is to provide an environment that is welcoming, safe, and non-judgmental.
Using the regions crisis hot line you will receive live interaction with an expert to assist you in navigating resources or providing you with real-time interventions. In non-emergent situations or questions related to your plan of care, you may use our email service, where you can relay a message to your provider.
Your mental health is the core of your well being. In order to achieve mind body wellness, you may be referred to other therapies such as counseling, massage, light therapy, pain management, etc. We will choose alternative therapies together. Sometimes it takes a team!
You will write your own plan of care with your provider. If you write down your goals, they are more easily achieved. Together we will battle your fears, addictions, stress, depression or anxiety.
